Sébastien Prince of Luxembourg

His Royal Highness Prince Sébastien Henri Marie Guillaume of Luxembourg was born at the Maternité Grande Duchesse Charlotte in Luxembourg-City, Luxembourg, on 16 April 1992.


Sébastien has three brothers, Guillaume (born 1981), Félix (born 1984) and Louis (born 1986), and one sister, Alexandra (born 1992).

Guillaume is married since 2012 to Countess Stéphanie de Lannoy (born 1984). Félix is married since 2013 to Claire Lademacher (born 1985). Louis is married since 2006 to Tessy Antony (born 1985). They have issue.


Sébastien attended nursery school in Angelsberg, Luxembourg. He received his primary education at St George's International School in Luxembourg. He continued his education at the Summer Fields School and Ampleforth College, Great Britain. In 2011 he obtained his Baccalaureate at the International School of Luxembourg. He is studying for a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication at university in the USA.


Sébastien likes sports as climbing, skiing, swimming and rugby. He played for the Luxembourg national rugby team (juniors) and for his university team. He also likes travelling, culture and art.

Sébastien is patron of the Luxembourg Federation of Swimming and Lifesaving.
